Everything you need to know to make sure you’re ready for a new school year!


Hello Reader,

As we transition into a new school year and prepare for the start of competitions, it’s an ideal time to discuss how our various training options can fit into even the busiest of schedules. We recognize the demands of both school and sport, and we know that your athlete wants to excel in each. This is why we’ve designed various training options, ranging from entirely independent programs to 100% private one-on-one coaching.

#1 - Completely independent

Check out our online training programs (available for dancers & gymnasts) which can be completed on your own time, at your own pace. This is a great option for those needing the most flexibility scheduling-wise. This program is not geared towards kids younger than 10. The “older” athletes should be perfectly capable of going through the program on their own, but some of the younger ones may need assistance from parents.

#2 - Hybrid

Check out our bundles which include our online training program AND 1-1 coaching sessions. The hybrid options are great for those who need more flexibility for their schedules, but also desire 1-1 coaching. Coaching sessions included in the bundles are 30 minutes each.

#3 - Private one-on-one coaching

Check out our 1-1 coaching packages, available for all athletes. The 1-1 packages come with either 10, 15, or 20 sessions per package. Coaching sessions included in these packages are 50 minutes each. Athlete who wish to do private 1-1 coaching, must first go through an initial evaluation to make sure this form of training is appropriate for them.

Lastly, just a quick note to all current CMC athletes. As things get busier, be sure to plan ahead when it comes to scheduling your sessions (especially if you need certain days/times). You can click the button above to go straight to the online portal to schedule!
